Product Manager

Location: 1901 Market Street

We currently have an opportunity in our conveniently located Center City Philadelphia location for a Product Manager. The Product Manager will monitor assigned products and develop or implement effective marketing strategies and materials to promote Prescription Drug, Vision, Dental, Traditional Indemnity and CMM products, capabilities and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Further offers the opportunity to actively participate in the education of the field sales force.
• Will also work closely with Legal, Actuarial, and Operational areas to develop filings and oversee the implementation and administration of product enhancements. 
  

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience; MBA is preferred. Five or more years of experience in the health insurance industry. A background in sales or account management and-or experience with Prescription Drug, Vision, Dental, Traditional Indemnity and CMM product designs, contract filing, and-or benefit administration. Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior management, customers, and consultants. Excellent project management skills. Experience conducting and facilitating group meetings. Good computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Paradox.
