The Provider Satisfaction Survey is available from Wednesday, October 21, 2009, through Friday, December 18, 2009.
The survey is available to office-based physicians, nurses, billing offices, office managers, and other office staff.
The survey can be accessed through NaviNet Plan Central by using the Provider Satisfaction Survey transaction button found at the bottom of the Plan Transactions menu.
If you are unable to complete the survey in a single session, your progress will be saved automatically and you will be able to complete it later. Please note that this survey is voluntary.
We have contracted with Morpace Inc., an independent research firm, to help conduct our 2009 Provider Satisfaction Survey.
Office-based physicians, nurses, billing offices, office managers, and other office staff who would like to participate but do not have access to NaviNet can request a paper copy. To receive a paper copy of the survey, please contact Morpace at 1-866-786-0343.
As a thank you for completing the survey, eligible participants will be eligible to receive one of 20 gift cards in the amount of $100. All entries received before 5 p.m. EDT on Friday, December 18, 2009 will be eligible.
In order to be eligible you must provide your name upon completion of the survey. The winners will be chosen at random from eligible participants who complete the survey in its entirety and provide their contact information.
Only one entry per person. A person is not eligible to win multiple gift cards. Duplicate entries will be discarded. To be eligible to win, the winner must be a participating Independence Blue Cross (IBC) network provider, nurse, billing office, or office manager (or other office staff) at the time of the drawing. Employees of IBC and its affiliates and their relatives are not eligible.
Winners will be notified by email following the entry deadline.
All results are final.
Your name will not be linked to your survey responses and will be used solely for the purpose of the drawing. Your answers are completely confidential and will only be presented in summaries in which no individual names or individual’s answers can be identified.
