Instructions for Opening Secure E-mail from IBC

Step Four

When you open the message, you will see the header information, the text of the message and, if the sender attached them, related files and/or documents.

Your options regarding the message are:
  1. Reply. You can only reply to the sender, which means the e-mail will continue to be secure.
  2. Forward to yourself. The message and attachments will be sent to the e-mail address you use for accessing this account. This feature is enabled because messages on the secure server expire. Note: If you click the "forward to self" button, you will see a disclaimer page, which states that forwarded files are no longer secure and therefore no longer under IBC's control.
  3. Save attached files. Click in the boxes next to the files, and then click "Save checked files" and follow the directions for saving to your hard drive.
  4. Open attached files. Click the link under "Action."
  5. You also can navigate to four pages from the column on the left-hand side of your screen: Inbox, Outbox, Account Info, Log in as new user.
