Instructions for Opening Secure E-mail from IBC

Step Two

On the next screen, you will be asked to create an account. You will use this password-protected account to access secure e-mail from IBC.

1. Enter the appropriate text in the boxes. The information you enter in these boxes will not be used by IBC for any purposes other than to send, or grant you access to, secure e-mail from IBC.
2. Whatever you type into the last field - "password hint phrase" - will be e-mailed to you if you forget your password and request a reminder.

To ensure your privacy, all information will be sent via a secure connection. Independence Blue Cross will not disclose any personal information to outside persons or entities unless we have written consent.
