Instructions for opening secure email from IBC

Step One

When you receive the notification email from IBC telling you that a secure email is waiting for you, follow these steps:

1. Click on the link.
2. If you need help, follow the instructions at the bottom of the message.

To ensure your privacy, all information will be sent via a secure connection. Independence Blue Cross will not disclose any personal information to outside persons or entities unless we have written consent.
