Motor Vehicle Accident
If you are injured in a motor vehicle accident, contact your primary care physician as soon as possible.

NOTE: Keystone will always be secondary to your auto insurance coverage. However, in order for services to be covered by Keystone as secondary, your care must be provided or referred by your primary care physician.

Tell your primary care physician that you were involved in a motor vehicle accident and the name and address of your auto insurance company. Give this same information to any provider to whom your primary care physician refers you for treatment.

Call the Caring Foundation as soon as possible and advise us that you have been involved in a motor vehicle accident. This information helps Keystone to coordinate your Keystone benefits with coverage provided through your auto insurance company.
