HLR 25 Program

The HLR 25 program offers two types of rewards: gift cards and health account dollars. Select the reward type you chose to access materials for your employees.

• Gift cards — If you selected gift cards, participants can redeem their HealthPoints for gift cards at some of their favorite restaurants and retailers, such as iTunes, Barnes and Noble^®, and Macy’s.
• Health accounts — If you selected health accounts as your reward, participants can get $1 deposited into their BlueSaver^SM HRA or HSA for each HealthPoint they earn.
