Keystone HMO – highest designation of "Excellent"

Keystone received the highest designation of "Excellent" from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA), the leading organization monitoring the HMO industry. Our Keystone Health Plan East HMO is one of the nation's fastest growing HMOs – now with over one million members.

Personal Choice® PPO – First "Full" rating

The NCQA issued a "Full" rating to Personal Choice, the first PPO in Pennsylvania to be so designated. Personal Choice has grown to more than one million members and continues to be the leading Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) in the Philadelphia area.

#1 HMO and #1 PPO in the Area

Our Keystone Health Plan East plan was rated the top HMO in the region according to a national survey reported in a leading consumer publication. THe same survey ranked Pesonal Choice, the PPO plan offered exclusively through IBC, as the #1 PPO in the region and #2 nationally. No other plan locally received such high marks.

Minority Suppliers

In September 2002, IBC was recognized as "Corporation of the Year" by the National Minority Supplier Development Corporation (NMSDC) for its work in creating opportunities for minority businesses.
