Flex Programs allow you to mix and match different levels of member cost-sharing to reach a price point that balances the benefit needs of your employees with your budget. Our most popular plans, including Keystone Health Plan East, Keystone Point-of-Service, Keystone Direct POS, and Personal Choice®, are available through our Flex Copay Series plan options.

You choose the copay amounts that will apply to in-network services such as office visits, X-rays, and inpatient hospital care. Some product options also offer a choice of out-of-network benefits.
