Employee-Paid (Voluntary)

With voluntary coverage, there is no cost to employers. Employees contribute 100 percent of cost through simple payroll deductions. Portability feature and guaranteed issue coverage are available for life insurance. Voluntary coverage is affordably priced based on group age step rates.
