On April 25, 2012, Independence Blue Cross (IBC) is helping employees throughout the region turn a working lunch into a walking lunch. The simple, lunchtime walk demonstrates that even the smallest steps can lead to a healthier lifestyle, as employees are encouraged to develop regular walking routines following the event.

IBC Supports the Fight Against Diabetes
On Saturday, October 1, nearly 500 IBC associates and their friends and family members joined thousands of other people at the Philadelphia Museum of Art for the 2011 Step Out: Walk to Stop Diabetes. For the fourth consecutive year, IBC proudly served as the presenting sponsor of Step Out in Philadelphia.
