When groups offer one of our Personal Choice High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) options, they decide what deductibles and coinsurance apply to their health plan.

As with all of our Personal Choice plans, members can maximize their coverage by obtaining care through Personal Choice’s large network of hospitals, doctors, and specialists or through BlueCard providers throughout the United States.
