Our Position on Health Care Reform

Independence Blue Cross agrees with much of what’s being proposed in Congress to improve the quality and lower the cost of health care so it’s affordable for Americans.

We support building on the current employer-based system that serves 170 million Americans and believe we ought to give reform a chance first, without starting a new government-run plan. Read on to find out more.
